The NIE (Numero de Identificación de Extranjero) a mandatory identification number for the purchase. For this, we accompany you to the Policia Nacional to obtain your NIE number. This number will also be used to open a bank account, fire insurance, customs when moving, the possible transfer of the car, the creation of a business and for almost all administrative procedures.

 

For this request to be valid, we prepare a double-sided copy of your ID card, complete an information sheet (form FX15) as well as a payment document for the Policía Nacional where you pay the tax (in 2022: 9.84 Euros per person).
